Siddhi Academy Educating People

Out here in Otur, we’ve got this academy set up in Shreya Plaza. It’s on the West of Chord Road, right in the middle of Taluka Junner. We started this place because we saw kids in the area needed a bit more help with their studies after school let out. The building isn't very large, but we’ve made enough space for the classrooms and it stays relatively cool inside. We spend most of our afternoons and evenings here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the classes are changing over, but that’s just how it is with students. We focus on the regular subjects and try to help them get through their exams. Most of us are from around here, so we know the local schools and what the teachers expect from the kids. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We have wooden benches, whiteboards, and a lot of books lying around in stacks. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or use whatever light is left from the windows. Parents come by to check on how their children are doing, and we usually just have a quick chat at the door. It’s about making sure the kids actually understand the stuff they’re reading. We don’t have any big marketing plans; word just spreads around the village and the nearby areas. It keeps us busy enough throughout the year. Every year the batch changes, but the work stays pretty much the same.
