My name is Siddaraju M S and my office is at 135 Nandini Layout on NC Kelkar Road. I’ve been working from this location for quite a few years now. Nandini Layout is a nice neighborhood, and I like being based on NC Kelkar Road because it’s easy for people to find me. My workspace is very simple. I have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of files and ledgers that I’ve collected over time. I don’t have a big team or any employees, so I handle everything myself. If you come to see me, you’ll be talking to me directly. I spend my days answering phone calls, filling out paperwork, and helping people with whatever they need. It’s a one-man operation, so it can get pretty busy sometimes. I don’t really do any advertising or marketing. Most of the people I work with are locals from Nandini Layout or people who were referred by their friends. I try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. I don’t use a lot of complicated language or try to sound more important than I am. I just do my job the best way I know how and try to be fair to everyone who walks through my door. It’s a quiet life and a simple business, but it keeps me occupied and I enjoy being part of this community. I just take things one day at a time here on NC Kelkar Road.
