Shri Vishnu Caterers

Our place, Shri Vishnu Caterers, is over near the Tin Factory area in Dooravaninagar. We are at No.113 on Cauvery Road, just off Old Madras Road in Udaynagar. It's a busy part of town with all the traffic from the factory nearby, but we like the energy. We’ve been here long enough that most people recognize our staff. We handle a lot of local orders for families in the neighborhood. The kitchen is always running, especially on weekends when everyone seems to be having a celebration. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms and fancy logos. We’re just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we still get the food out to the events. We buy our rice and spices from the same vendors we’ve used for a decade. It’s important to know where your stuff comes from. Most of our customers are repeat ones who come back every time they have a function. We don’t do much talking; we just get to work and let the plates come back empty. If you need to find us, look for the building behind the Tin Factory. We are usually there from the crack of dawn prepping the day's meals. It’s hard work, but it is what we have always done for a living.
