Shree Sai Manpower

Shree Sai Manpower is situated at 55/2 in Malleshwaram Chanderi Pune. It is a busy little office where the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. We have stacks of resumes on the corner of the desks and a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles that only we can understand. People come in and out all day long. Some are looking for staff and others are looking for a new start. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks and trying to figure out what they are actually looking for. It is not always easy and there are days when the paperwork seems to never end. The office has a few chairs for people to wait in, and they are almost always full in the afternoons. We have a small window that lets in a bit of sunlight, but mostly we are under the glow of the tube lights. It is a simple operation. We don't have any big corporate backing or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just know the local area and we know the people who live here. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and on the old computer in the corner. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, but that is just the nature of the work. We show up, do our bit, and try to help people get where they need to go in their careers.
