Radiant Integrated Facility Management Services

We operate out of 59/1 on Begur Hobli Road, right in the Essae Suhgraia Industrial Estate in Bommanahalli. It is a mouthful of an address, but it is where we coordinate everything for the buildings we look after. Facility management is basically just making sure everything stays running, from the lights to the plumbing and the cleaning. We spend a lot of time in Vivek Nagar and the surrounding industrial areas checking on things. It involves a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we are just putting out fires all day. Our office is more of a hub where our staff checks in before heading out to different sites. We are not the type to wear suits and sit in boardrooms; we are usually out checking on a generator or talking to the security guards. It can be a thankless job because when we do it right, nobody notices anything is wrong. But if a pipe bursts or the power goes out, we are the first ones people call. We have learned to be ready for anything at all hours. The industrial estate is a busy place to be based, but it puts us right where the action is. We just focus on keeping our clients' places in one piece and making sure the day-to-day operations do not grind to a halt. It is practical work that keeps us on our toes.
