M S R Enterprises is located at number 21 on Avenue Road in Vivek Nagar. It’s a busy spot, and the street outside is almost always crowded with people and delivery carts moving back and forth. Our shop is packed tight with inventory. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to find a ladder when we need something from the top row. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, because of all the stock we move in and out every day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The counter is usually cluttered with invoices and pens that don't always work. If you come by in the morning, you’ll probably see us unloading a van or checking a shipment that just arrived. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people usually just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in Vivek Nagar. The building is an older style, so the floors are a bit uneven in places. We just make do with the space we have and keep things moving. There’s a small radio that we keep playing in the background to drown out some of the traffic noise. It’s just a regular business where we show up, sell what we have, and go home.
