You can find Purushottam Facility Management over at Nandini Layout, right in the Shree Ram Industrial Estate at number 16. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always loud with trucks and machinery nearby. We handle the dirty work that most people don’t want to think about. Managing facilities is mostly about making sure lights work, floors are clean, and things aren’t falling apart. We have a crew that goes out to different sites, but this is where we keep all the supplies and do the scheduling. The office is small and smells a bit like floor cleaner and old paper. We’ve got a couple of old fans that squeak when they turn. It’s not a place for meetings with fancy investors. It’s a place for people who work with their hands. My uncle started this and now we just keep it going. We have some regular contracts with nearby factories. Every morning starts with a lot of shouting to get the teams organized. Sometimes we run out of supplies and someone has to rush out to get more. It’s a bit chaotic but we haven't missed a day yet. The workers here are like family. We eat lunch together on the big table in the back. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. We don't pretend to be more than we are. Just a local team keeping buildings running smoothly for everyone who uses them.
