Shree Chowdeshwari Shg

Shree Chowdeshwari Shg is out in the village of Tavarekera. We are part of the Tavarekere Gram Panchayat area. It’s a very rural spot, and things move a bit slower here. We are just a group of people from the village who got together to start this. We don't have an office in a big city. Our workplace is just a simple building near the main road. Most of our day is spent doing physical work. It’s not easy, and our backs often ache by the time we finish up. We don't have a website or any brochures. If people want to find us, they just ask around the village. We handle our own money and keep our own records in some big ledgers. Sometimes the ink smudges or we make a mistake in the counting, so we have to do it all over again. It can be frustrating but that is just part of the job. We don't have any big ambitions to be famous or anything. We just want to make sure the group stays together and that there is work for everyone. We talk about the crops and the rain while we work. It’s a very normal life. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic stuff that helps us get by. We are proud of what we do even if it's small.
