Mehdi Exports

Mehdi Exports is based out of 550/1 Vimanapura in Gokul Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential and small businesses. Our place is more of a warehouse and office combined. We handle a lot of different goods that are heading out to other countries. The space is mostly taken up by boxes, pallets, and packing material. We don't have any fancy signs out front. If you weren't looking for us, you might just drive right past. The office part is just a couple of desks and a computer where we manage the shipping logs. Vimanapura is near the airport, which makes things easier for the logistics side of the business. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the weights are correct on the manifests. It can be repetitive work, but it has to be done right. The tea break is the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. We sit out on the small porch and watch the planes overhead. It’s a humble setup. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us making sure the orders are packed up and sent off on time. We’ve been here for a while now and have a good routine down. Every day is about moving things from point A to point B. The dog from the house next door usually comes by for a biscuit around noon, which is always a nice distraction.
