We deal with silk plaster, which is a bit different from your usual wall finishes. People usually come in to look at the samples and feel the texture of the material. The office is small, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of displays on the walls so you can see what the stuff looks like when it’s dry. Infantry Road always has a lot of movement, so there is usually someone popping in to ask questions. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us handling the sales and explaining how to apply the plaster. It’s a lot of talking and showing people photos of previous jobs. We try to keep things relaxed here. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes and a simple way of doing things. Sometimes the traffic in Shivaji Nagar makes it hard for deliveries to reach us on time, but we make it work. We’ve been at Gem Plaza for a while now and like the location despite the noise.
