This area is quite peaceful compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing ingredients. Catering is hard work and the hours are often strange. We might be up late finishing one job and then early the next morning for another.
