Sharavathi Fast Food

Sharavathi Fast Food is tucked away in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate in Yelahanka. We are specifically at B-30B and C-18. Being in an industrial area means our day starts early. Most of the people who eat here are workers from the nearby factories and sheds. They don’t have much time for lunch, so we have to be quick. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special, just a functional space where we cook and serve. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons with the stoves going and the sun hitting the estate roofs. We keep the menu simple because that's what people want when they’re on a break. You get your food, you eat, and you get back to work. We see the same faces every single day, which is nice. You get to know what people like without them even asking. Sometimes the supply truck is late or we have a bit of a mess to clean up, but we manage. Yelahanka has changed a lot, but this industrial pocket stays pretty much the same. It's dusty and noisy outside with all the trucks moving around B-30B. We just keep the tea flowing and the snacks ready. It isn't a place for a long chat, but it serves the purpose for everyone around here. We just work hard and keep the kitchen moving along through the day.
