Our office is located at 26/109, B on Birhana Road. If you have ever been down Birhana Road, you know how busy and packed it gets with people and vehicles throughout the day. It is an old part of the city, and our building has been around for quite a long time. We handle surgical supplies and various medical equipment here. Inside, the shelves are pretty much packed to the ceiling with boxes of all shapes and sizes. It can get a bit cramped, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for it all. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to hospitals or local clinics. It is a hectic atmosphere, and there is almost always someone coming in to pick something up or ask about an item. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's ways by now. The overhead fan squeaks quite a bit, but we have stopped noticing it. We don't have a fancy showroom; it is more of a warehouse and office mix where we focus on getting supplies out to the people who need them. Most days are just a cycle of checking our stock, writing out the invoices, and making sure the deliveries are actually moving. It is a practical business in a very crowded part of town, and we just keep moving.
