We've been running Shantanu Astanga Ayurveda Nilayam for a while now. It’s located at 104 Kathriguppa Main Road, right near Bhagwatwada. Finding a place that sticks to traditional ways isn't always easy these days. We mostly focus on the basic ayurvedic methods that have been around forever. The shop isn't fancy or anything. It's just a space where we keep our herbs and oils ready for whoever walks in. People usually come by when they are tired of other things not working. We try to listen more than talk. Sometimes the line gets a bit long in the mornings, but we do what we can. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. If you are looking for the spot, just look for the sign near Bhagwatwada, it's hard to miss if you're walking. We handle a lot of different cases, mostly just routine stuff that folks deal with every day. It's a small team here, just a couple of us making sure the shelves are stocked and the place stays clean. We don't spend much on ads. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or family members. It’s a quiet routine we have. We open up early and stay until the evening. There’s no big secret to what we do, just using what nature gives us in the way we were taught. It’s a job, but it feels like we’re helping. That's about it really. Just a local spot on the main road doing what we know.
