Shankam Innovations Private Limited

Working out of Mahalakshmi Layout has its ups and downs. We are at number 27 on 4th B Main, in the further extension part of the neighborhood. It’s a decent area to be in, though finding parking on our street can be a real headache some mornings. Shankam Innovations is basically a small team of people who know their way around tech and stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. There isn't much flash to the office. We have the usual setup with computers and plenty of cables running along the floor that everyone trips over. We aren't big on corporate rules or anything like that. If someone needs a break, they just go take one. Most of us have been here a while, so we kind of know each other's habits. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation during lunch, especially since we're tucked away in this extension. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, mostly technical things that keep the lights on. It’s a lot of practical work, not much talk. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get it done right. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which is annoying, but we manage. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job in this corner of Karnataka.
