Shanghai Noon

Shanghai Noon is located at Rajajinagar 17th Cross 9th Main 1523. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. It’s a regular neighborhood place. We spend most of our time in the back getting the food ready. The kitchen is small but we make it work. We use simple ingredients that we get from the local markets. It’s usually just a few of us working the shifts. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just put the menu out and wait for people to come in. The tables are basic and we try to keep them clean. Rajajinagar is a nice area but it gets crowded during the lunch hour. We see a lot of students and office workers around here. Sometimes we get the orders wrong and have to fix them quickly. We aren't a big chain, just this one place. We’ve got some old chairs and the walls could probably use some paint. But the stove works and the food is hot. We just want to finish the day knowing we did a decent job. People seem to find us okay without much trouble. We don't do anything too fancy with the plating. It’s just food on a plate. That’s how we like it. We’ll be here tomorrow doing the same thing. The streetlights outside flicker a bit at night when it gets late.
