We are based at No. 19 on 5th Main, right off the White Field Main Road in Mahadevapura. If you know this area, you know how busy the traffic gets, especially during the rush hour. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a functional space where we handle different services for schools. We have several rooms filled with desks, and there are always papers everywhere. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for us. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for a long time and some newer faces. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. As long as the work gets done, we’re happy. The break room is small, so we often end up eating lunch at our desks while talking about the weekend. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails every day. It’s the kind of place where things move fast. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for too long, and we have to order in some snacks to keep everyone going. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see the metro construction and the buses passing by. It’s a very urban setting. We just focus on managing the tasks at hand. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up and try to stay on top of the pile and get home on time every evening.
