Our place is located at 52 Sahasra Deepika Road, right in Laxmipura Village. It’s near the Tulip Resort, so if you’re driving down Bannerghatta Main Road, that’s usually the landmark people look for to find us. Being out in a village area means it’s not as crowded as the main city hubs. You can actually hear the birds in the morning before the buses start arriving. We’ve got a decent-sized space here. The building is practical, nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the job done every day. I usually get in early to make sure the gate is open and the water is running fine for the bathrooms. It’s a local kind of feel. Many of the folks working here have been around for years and know the area well. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers who sell snacks nearby. It gets a bit busy during the school holidays when we’re doing maintenance on the rooms. There’s always a wall that needs painting or a desk that needs fixing. We don’t have a big corporate team sitting in a boardroom; it’s just us making sure the kids have what they need for their lessons. The road can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but that’s just how it is around Laxmipura. It’s a solid place to work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks.
