Our place is at No 11 on 22nd Main Road in J C Nagar, right on Pipeline Road in Kurubarahalli. If you know the Eshwara Temple, we are quite close to that landmark in the Basaveshwara Nagar area. It is a local neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other. The kitchen is usually noisy from about five in the morning. We have a couple of big burners and a lot of stainless steel vessels stacked up against the walls. It isn't a massive operation, just a handful of us making sure the dal is cooked through and the rice isn't mushy. The weather around here affects how we work, like when it rains and we have to be extra careful moving the heavy crates to the transport. The street outside can get a bit tight with cars and bikes, so loading up is always a bit of a puzzle. We spend most of our day cleaning, cutting, and stirring. There isn't any fancy decor in the building, just functional tiles and good ventilation. We focus on the basics of getting the meals ready on time. People walk past the Eshwara Temple and sometimes stop by to see what's cooking because the smells drift out onto Pipeline Road. It's just a regular daily routine for us, making sure the food is ready for whoever called for it. We don't have a big staff, just enough to get the job done right and on time.
