We’re set up in Frazer Town on the main road. Our place is 11/A, right near the petrol bunk, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always something going on outside. We do a bit of everything here in terms of supplies and general business needs. The office isn't very big, but it serves our purpose. We have a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just on the phone or talking to people who walk in. It’s a local operation, nothing corporate about it. We know the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. The petrol bunk next door is a good landmark for people coming from the other side of town. Traffic can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, especially with the buses. We usually open up around ten in the morning and stay until the evening. We don’t really do any big advertising; people just see our sign when they’re stuck in traffic. It’s a simple way of working. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders. The ceiling fan hums all day and we usually have some files that need sorting. That’s pretty much our daily life here. We just take things as they come and keep the business running smoothly.
