Our shop is tucked away in the Peenya Industrial Estate, over in the 3rd Stage. If you know the area, you know it's a lot of noise and metal. Satish Engineering Co Harsha Industries has been sitting at No.B-69 for quite some time. It's an industrial spot, so there is always dust on the floor and the sound of machines running somewhere nearby. We aren't a big corporation with fancy suits. Most of the time, we are wearing work clothes that have seen better days. We handle the engineering stuff that comes our way. It's practical work. Some days are slow and we just clean the tools, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at once. The roads around Peenya can be a real mess when it rains, but we still make it in. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like something we aren't. We just do the work. The building itself is just a standard industrial shed, nothing to write home about. We have some regular people who have been coming to us for years. They know where to find us. It's just about getting the parts right and making sure things work. We drink a lot of coffee and keep an eye on the clock. It's a living, and we're used to the routine of the estate by now. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do.
