Sathwik Clinic And Sinchana Ayurveda Yoga Centre

Our place is Sathwik Clinic and Sinchana Ayurveda Yoga Centre, located at No. 37/38 on Amrutha Halli Road. We are right opposite the Bharath Seva Ashrama in Navyanagar, Jakkur. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s actually easy to find once you are on the road. We have a mix of things going on here, from regular clinic visits to yoga and ayurveda. The building is big enough to hold different rooms for these activities, but it still feels like a local spot rather than a big institution. We’ve been in Jakkur for a while, seeing the area grow and change around us. The road outside can get a bit dusty and busy, but inside we try to keep things calm. It’s not a polished, high-end wellness center. It’s more of a practical space where people come for traditional treatments or just to get a health check. We have some mats for yoga and wooden tables for the ayurveda stuff. It’s all very down-to-earth. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who know their way around the different services we offer. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign while walking to the Ashrama. We just focus on doing our work day by day and helping out the local Navyanagar community as best as we can.
