Saras Small Tools Industries

If you've ever spent a morning in Chickpet, you know how it goes. It’s crowded, noisy, and honestly a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the pace. Saras Small Tools Industries is right there at number 16. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time now. Most days it’s just us surrounded by boxes and metal parts. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights and glass displays. It’s more of a place where you come when you need something very specific and you don't want to spend all day looking for it in the bigger markets. The shelves are packed tight with all sorts of small tools. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but we usually get there in the end. The building is old and the stairs can be a bit creaky, but it does the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Bangalore. We just want to make sure the person who walks in leaves with the right tool for their project. It might be a bit dusty inside, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with hardware every day. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall down the street and talk to the neighbors. It’s a simple life here in Chickpet, just keeping the shop running and helping people fix things without making a big fuss about it.
