Sandwich Wallas

Sandwich Wallas is located at 283/6 in the Jp Nagar area of Thergaon. We are situated near St Paul’s School Road. It’s a good spot because there are always people walking by, especially when school lets out. Our shop is quite small, mostly just a counter and some space for us to prep everything. We spend our time chopping vegetables, toasting bread, and making sure the chutneys are fresh. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters or a big menu. We just do sandwiches and we try to do them right. The kitchen area can get pretty hot during the lunch rush, and sometimes there’s a bit of a wait if a lot of people show up at once. We don't use any frozen stuff if we can help it. Most of the time, we are just busy keeping up with the orders. We don't have a big corporate team or a marketing person. It’s just us behind the counter. We like talking to the regulars who come by every day for their usual order. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't make big claims about our work or anything like that. We just focus on making a decent sandwich that people enjoy eating. If you’re near the school and feeling hungry, you’ll probably see us there working away. Every morning we start early to get the bread ready and we stay until the last of the customers head home.
