Sandeep Caterers is situated at No.181 on 18th B Main in Indiranagar. If you go behind the Indira Nagar Nandini Palace, you’ll find us easily enough. Indiranagar is a pretty popular area these days, but our little corner is a bit more tucked away. We’ve been here for a good while, back when the neighborhood was a lot quieter. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do. It’s not a showy place. We have stacks of stainless steel containers and big gas cylinders lined up. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from picking out the spices to making sure the bags are packed correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like chopping kilos of vegetables or stirring huge vats of gravy, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we get orders for small house parties, and other times it’s for much bigger gatherings. We don't really change how we work regardless of the size. We just focus on the task in front of us. The staff we have is like family, and we’ve all been working in this heat for years. We aren't really into marketing or having a big online presence. Most people just know us from around the block or have used us before. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and it keeps us busy from dawn until way after dark.
