Sanatana Ayurvedic Hospital

Sanatana Ayurvedic Hospital is found at No.149 on the 5th Main, 2nd Cross in Arakere Mico Layout. It is just off the busy Bannerghatta Road, but being inside the layout makes it a bit more peaceful. We focus on Ayurveda here. The building is a plain, two-story structure with some plants around the entrance. Inside, it smells like the oils and herbs we use for the treatments. It is not like those sterile, white hospitals you usually see. We have rooms where people can stay and get their treatments over several days. The furniture is mostly wooden and quite simple. We have been here in Arakere for quite a while now. A lot of our patients are regulars who come back whenever they feel they need a bit of balance. We don't have any big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. The pace here is a bit slower than a regular hospital. We spend a lot of time talking to the patients about their diet and their daily habits. The staff knows the routine well. We aren't trying to change the world; we just provide the traditional treatments that have been passed down. It is a quiet life here in the Mico Layout, and we just keep doing our work. Sometimes it is a bit slow, but that is how Ayurvedic treatment usually goes.
