Samuel M Devadas

I am Samuel M Devadas and I operate out of 30 Konankunte. This is where I spend most of my days. Konankunte is my base and I have been at this address for a good stretch of time. Number 30 is just a regular spot on the street. It’s not a big fancy office block with a glass front. It is more of a practical space where I can get my work done without too many distractions. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city areas which I appreciate. I don't have a big staff or a bunch of managers. It is just a direct way of working. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello and that is the kind of place it is. I have my desk set up with everything I need. It might look a bit cluttered to someone else but I know where everything is. Konankunte has changed over the years but my spot stays pretty much the same. I don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. I just do the work that comes my way from this address. People find me mostly by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It is a simple life and a simple business setup. I like the independence of being here at number 30. There are no corporate meetings, just the daily tasks that need to be finished before I go home.
