Sai Saravana Caterers

Sai Saravana Caterers is located in the middle of the Peenya Industrial Area. Our kitchen is in the Diwakar Reddy Building, No.812, right on KIADB Road. We are pretty much opposite the RTO track, which makes us easy to locate for anyone familiar with this part of town. Being in an industrial zone means we stay very busy with corporate lunches and factory events. It is a loud and dusty area, but inside our kitchen, things are clean and focused on the cooking. We start our days very early to make sure the breakfast shifts are covered for the workers nearby. It is a lot of bulk cooking, using huge vessels that require a couple of people to lift. We don't do much in the way of fancy plating. It is more about making sure there is plenty of hot, filling food for everyone. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. We use the 1st Phase area as our base and deliver all over the surrounding blocks. It is hard work in a tough environment, but we enjoy the routine of it. We don't have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Most people just know us from the smell of our sambar drifting through the industrial estate. We just keep our heads down and cook. That is our life here and we like the busy days.
