Sai Annapoorna Cateres

We are tucked away in the Shanthi Nikethan Apartment complex over in T Dasarahalli. Sai Annapoorna Cateres runs out of Flat No.C2 in Officers Model Colony, right near the Ayyappa Temple. It is a quiet residential area, so we try to keep things respectful while we work. Most of our cooking happens in a dedicated space where we can handle the large quantities needed for the events we take on. We mostly make the kind of food people grew up eating at home. It is not fancy fusion stuff, just regular, good meals. Since we are near the temple, we get a lot of requests for traditional vegetarian catering. We handle everything from the small family pujas to larger gatherings. It is mostly a few of us working together to get the orders out. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right grains and spices from the local markets. Sometimes the delivery logistics in the colony can be a bit of a puzzle with the narrow lanes, but we have figured it out over time. People usually find out about us from their neighbors in the apartment or the colony. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It is just a practical setup where the focus is entirely on the food we prepare. We like the personal touch of being a small, local outfit in Dasarahalli. We have been here quite a while doing this.
