Sadaananda Caterers

Sadaananda Caterers is based at No.14/1 on Lalbagh Road in the Lakkasandra area. We are specifically located in the 1st Main, 14th Cross section. This part of Bangalore is quite central and always very busy. Our place isn't a restaurant where you can sit down and eat. Instead, it’s a large kitchen where we prepare food for all sorts of events. We handle everything from small family gatherings to larger functions like weddings. The day usually starts very early for us, often before the sun is even up. We have to get the stoves going and start chopping heaps of vegetables. You can hear the sound of heavy ladles scraping against big metal pots all morning. We have a regular team of cooks and helpers who know their way around the kitchen. Transporting the food is probably the hardest part because of the Bangalore traffic. We have to pack everything into our vehicles and try to reach the venues on time, which is always a bit of a gamble. Our staff also goes to the event to help with serving the food and cleaning up the plates afterwards. It’s a tiring job and we are often on our feet for ten or twelve hours straight. We’ve been in Lakkasandra for a long time and most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a very hands-on kind of business.
