Sabithas Catering

If you drive down Kanakapura Main Road, you will likely pass where Sabithas Catering is set up. We have been here for a good while, mostly serving the local neighborhoods around this part of town. It started out small and stayed that way, which is how we like to run things. We do a lot of traditional cooking for weddings and smaller house functions. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit tricky for our vans to get out, but we manage somehow. We are not some big corporation with a marketing department. It is just us in the kitchen making sure the rice is cooked right and the sambar tastes like it should. We get a lot of regulars who come back every time they have a celebration in the family. We do not spend money on big ads because the work usually speaks for itself. The kitchen is always noisy and smells like spices from early morning. We handle everything from buying the ingredients at the market to packing up the containers. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it feels good when a customer tells us their guests enjoyed the meal. We just keep it simple and focus on the cooking. That is really all there is to Sabithas Catering. We stay busy and keep the stoves going for whoever needs us. It is a simple life for us here.
