Our workshop and yard are out on Jigani Banerghata road, specifically at numbers 72 and 78/1. It’s a bit of a trek out here for some, but it gives us the space we need for the concrete products. We spend most of our time out in the open, dealing with the molds and the drying process. It’s heavy work, and the weather really dictates how our day goes. If it’s raining, we have to scramble to cover things up, and if it’s too hot, the concrete sets differently. We’ve got a core group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the machines and the timing for the pours. We don't have a lot of office staff; mostly we're just out there getting our hands dirty. The road outside can get pretty clogged with traffic, especially with all the other industrial units around Jigani. We’ve had to learn how to time our shipments so we don’t get stuck for hours. People come to us for the standard items they need for local roads or small building projects. We don't do anything too fancy, just solid concrete work. It’s a simple operation, really. We open up early in the morning and stay until the last batch is handled. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do, and it keeps the lights on at the yard for the crew.
