S N Caterers is over at No.19 on Gullappa Road in R S Palya, Kammanahalli. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice for us when we are loading up the vans. We’ve been operating out of this location for several years now. It started as a small idea and just grew bit by bit as more people started asking us to cook for their events. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. It's just us in the kitchen and a few drivers. Most of our day is spent cleaning vegetables, grinding spices, and making sure the fires are at the right temperature. We use recipes that have been around for a long time. Nothing too experimental, just the kind of food people actually like to eat at a party. The kitchen can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s just part of the job. We have a lot of regular customers from the Kammanahalli area who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and what they usually like. It makes the work feel more personal. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. If you come by Gullappa Road, you'll probably see us working. We are usually here until the last order is packed and ready for delivery.
