S Lokesh Gowda

I have been living and working around Nagarbhavi for a long time, and my place here in Raikar Nagar is where I handle most of my daily business. Sinhagad Road is just a short distance away, so it is easy for people to find me at number 33. My name is S Lokesh Gowda, and I mostly help out with local stuff, whether it is some paperwork, property advice, or just connecting people with the right workers for their homes. It is not a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, I am just sitting at my desk with the door open so the neighbors can pop in if they need something. The area has changed a lot over the years, with more houses coming up and the roads getting busier every single day. I know most of the people on this street, and we often talk about the water supply or the new shops opening up. My day usually starts early with a walk, and then I am back here to see who needs help. Sometimes I have to go out to the government offices, which takes up a lot of time because of the long queues. I do not really have a website or anything; people usually just hear about me from someone else in the neighborhood. It is a quiet way of working, and I like being my own boss. If the power goes out, I just sit on the porch.
