S L N Traders

Our shop is right on the 150 Kengeri Main Road. If you know Naagarabhaavi, you know how busy this stretch gets during the day. S L N Traders has been operating out of this spot for some time. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes most days. We keep our inventory stacked up in the back and try to keep the front somewhat organized for whoever walks in. It’s a trading business, so it’s all about what’s coming in and what’s going out. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or fancy lighting. It’s just regular shelves and a counter where we do the bills. The dust from the main road is a constant battle, so we’re always wiping things down. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We chat while we’re opening up the shutters in the morning. The monsoon season makes things a bit tricky because the rain splashes right into the doorway if we aren’t careful. We just keep things moving. There’s always someone asking for a price or checking on a delivery. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a notebook and some basic software on the old PC. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve got a routine that works for us. Kengeri Main Road is always loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’re just here doing our trade.
