We are over in Srinagar, specifically at 13, 980/A on 13th Main. It is quite easy to find us because we are right near the Srinagar Bus Stand, which is always buzzing with people and buses moving around. S L N Builtec Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this 8th Cross spot for a while now. Most days you will find us caught up in paperwork or talking to people about their building needs. It is not a very fancy office, just a place where we get things done. The traffic around the bus stand can get a bit much in the mornings, but we like being in the middle of everything. We handle different types of construction work and try to keep things moving along as best as we can. Being a local business in this part of town means we know the neighborhood quite well. Some of the staff have been living around here for years. We don't really do much advertising because most people just walk in or hear about us from someone else nearby. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is. We keep our doors open and wait for the next job to come through. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep at it day by day.
