S I Catering

S I Catering operates out of number 17 in Krishnarajapuram. Most people around here just call it KR Puram. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s a busy area and we are right in the middle of it. Our day usually starts very early, way before the sun is up, because that’s just how the catering world works. There’s a lot of chopping, cooking, and packing that goes on in our kitchen. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work with what we have. Our team is pretty small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don't have a fancy front office; it’s mostly just the kitchen and a small area for the paperwork. You can usually find us loading up vans or checking lists against the orders. The traffic in this part of Bangalore is always a challenge, so we have to plan our timings very carefully. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when we have multiple events on the same day. We just try to stay organized and keep the kitchen running smoothly. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours on our feet. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing. Most of the people we work for are locals who have known us for a while. We just stick to what we know and keep going.
