You can find us at 574, Hosur Main Road, right in the heart of Bommanahalli. If you know this area, you know how the traffic is. It’s loud, dusty, and there’s always something moving. We’ve been running S C N Foods from this spot for a bit now. It’s not a big corporate office or a high-end restaurant. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We spend a lot of time in the back, making sure everything is prepped and ready. The kitchen is always active. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. It’s just us, the owners and a couple of helpers, doing the same routine every single day. We open early because that’s when the road starts getting busy. Sometimes we get tired of the noise from the main road, but that’s where the people are. We don't try to pretend we are bigger than we are. We're a local business, plain and simple. The floor gets a bit worn down from people coming in and out, and the signs outside have faded a little in the sun. We focus more on the food than how the place looks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down, serve the customers who walk through the door, and try to make sure we’re ready for the next day's rush.
