Our office is located at Sridana Nilaya, which is right by the Chikka Banavara last bus stop. It’s a very easy landmark to find because everyone knows where the buses turn around. Being at the end of the line means it’s a bit quieter than the middle of the city, which we like. We spend our days helping people who come by with questions about their policies and paperwork. It’s a small office and we don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some desks, chairs, and the usual filing cabinets. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't rushing around like crazy. We take the time to listen to what people need. Sometimes neighbors just drop in to say hello because they are waiting for the bus. It’s a friendly spot. Chikka Banavara has grown a lot lately, but the last bus stop area still feels like a community. We’ve been in this building, Sridana Nilaya, for a few years now. The light is good in the mornings and it’s a decent place to spend the day. We don't do much advertising. People mostly find us because they live nearby or they see the sign when they get off the bus. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to be helpful where we can. We stay open until the evening most days. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do.
