We are located over at 52 JP Nagar in the Asarwa area. This isn't one of those massive corporate towers you see in the city center. It’s a more modest setup. People usually come in here when they are thinking about the future or trying to get their paperwork sorted out for their families. Insurance isn't the most exciting thing to talk about, we know that. But we sit here every day and try to explain things in a way that makes sense to regular people. The office has a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It’s usually pretty quiet, which is nice for focusing on all the forms we have to process. We get a lot of local residents from JP Nagar dropping by with questions. Sometimes they just want to check a policy or ask about a payment they made. We don't use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the computers are slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, which is annoying but they usually understand. It’s a small team here, so you end up talking to the same person every time you visit. We think that’s better than being passed around a call center. It’s just how we like to run things—simple, direct, and right here in the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a long time now.
