We operate out of Wilson Garden, specifically on 10th Cross. It’s a house that we turned into a workspace over the years. Catering is a lot of work, more than people think. We’re usually up when most of Bangalore is sleeping, getting the big pots ready. It’s not just about the cooking, it’s about getting the boxes loaded and the van moving on time. Traffic can be a real pain around here, so we have to plan early. We don't have a fancy storefront. Mostly, people hear about us from their neighbors or relatives. We’ve done weddings, small house parties, and even some office lunches. We use the recipes we grew up with. Sometimes the kitchen is a mess of onion skins and steam, but that’s how you know something good is happening. We don't use many machines; mostly it’s just hands doing the chopping and stirring. It’s honest work. We’ve had some long days where my back really hurts by the end of it. But then you see people eating and it feels okay. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the food we send out is something we would eat ourselves at home. 305 is where we are, and we've been here a good long time now. We don't have a marketing department. We just have our kitchen and a few helpers who know how to handle a big crowd. It's a simple, busy life and we're used to it.
