Rs Catering operates out of No. 73, which is right near Kullappa Circle in Kammanahalli. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people moving around all the time. We’ve been set up here for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home to everyone on the team. When we started, we didn't have much, just a few large stoves and some big containers. Now we have a bit more, but the way we do things hasn't changed much. We get the groceries from the local market most days. The traffic around the circle can be a real headache in the evenings, so we try to get our transport sorted out early in the day. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work by staying organized. We don't have a marketing department or fancy slogans. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s basically been our plan since day one. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders go out at once, but we always find a way to get it done. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We take our breaks together and talk about the day. It’s a straightforward business. We just make food for events and parties. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We are usually there from early morning until late. We don't worry about being the most famous place in Bangalore. We just want to make sure the food we send out is something we’d eat ourselves.
