Royal Relocation

We are up on the 2nd floor of the D/10 building at Vora Kunj. This is right on Shradhanand Road in Yeshwantpur. If you look across the street, you’ll see Kanteerva Studio. That’s usually how people find us because the studio is a big landmark in this area. Climbing the stairs to the second floor can be a bit tiring if you’re doing it multiple times a day, but we don’t have an elevator. The hallway is a little dim, but our door is clearly marked. Inside, it’s usually quite busy with phones ringing and people checking lists. We have a lot of paperwork because that’s just the way this business works. Shradhanand Road gets very busy during the evening rush, so we usually try to get our big trucks out of the way before that starts. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the studio gate across the way. We’ve been in Yeshwantpur for quite a while now. Most of us know the shortcuts to avoid the main traffic junctions. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few wooden chairs for visitors. It isn't a corporate space by any means. It’s just where we handle the logistics and make sure things are moving where they need to go. We keep a fan running all day because it gets stuffy. There is a small sink in the back that leaks if you don't turn it off just right. We usually have a stack of old newspapers on the table that nobody ever reads. It’s a bit cluttered but it’s how we work.
