Ronak Medical Systems

We set up Ronak Medical Systems over in Kottigepalya, specifically on 2nd Cross near the 4th Main. It's a busy part of the city near the Vishwaneedam Post office. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work with medical systems. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people who understand how these machines work. The office is functional, filled with manuals, spare parts, and the occasional half-empty coffee mug. We deal with the stuff that hospitals use every day to keep things running. It’s practical work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually organize the shelves. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or flashy websites because we’d rather just do the job right. The location on Magadi Main Road means there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know they can just call us up and talk to a real person. We don't use automated menus. If there’s a problem with a system, we look at it and try to fix it. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. We aren't looking to change much about how we do things as long as the work gets done.
