We are located in Malleswaram at Chitrapur Bhavan, which is on the 15th Cross and 8th Main Road. It’s right near the Canara Bank, so it’s pretty easy to give people directions. Malleswaram is an area that still has a lot of its old charm, and we like being part of that community. Our workspace is No. 4 in the building. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of our time planning out menus and checking on our supplies. The 15th Cross is usually bustling with people going to the markets or the temples nearby. We fit right into that daily flow. Most of the time, we are busy in the kitchen, making sure everything is prepped for the next day's orders. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy website. If someone wants to know about what we do, they usually just come by and talk to us in person. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have seen the shops around us change hands many times. We stay the same, though. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry too much about being modern. We are just local folks making food for our neighbors.
