We run our catering business out of No. 514 in KR Garden, which is part of the 8th Block in Koramangala. This area is always full of energy, and we have been a part of it for several years. We don't have a dining room since we focus entirely on catering for events and parties. Most of the time, our kitchen is humming with activity as we prepare food for weddings, office lunches, or small house parties. We started this because we noticed people in Koramangala were always looking for reliable food for their gatherings. It is a lot of hard work, especially early in the mornings when we start the prep work. We don't use any fancy machinery; it's mostly just us doing things by hand to make sure it tastes right. Our delivery guys know the streets of Bangalore pretty well, so we manage to get the food where it needs to go on time. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we plan around it the best we can. We are just a small team of cooks and helpers. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. If you call us, you are probably talking to one of the people who actually handles the food. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. People seem to appreciate that we are just a local setup trying to do a good job for the people around here.
