Ridhi Sidhi Trading Co

Our shop is right in the middle of everything on Avenue Road. If you’ve ever walked through Ganigarpet, you know it’s crowded and there are people everywhere moving boxes and shouting to get past. Ridhi Sidhi Trading Co is located at 22/3, and we’re quite close to the Basavaraja Market. It’s a very old part of the city, and the streets are narrow, so we get a lot of dust and noise coming in from the front door all day long. We deal with all sorts of people coming in to check prices or just to see what we have in stock that week. My uncle started this place a long time ago, and we’ve mostly kept things the same way he had them. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved because of the nature of the trading business, so we’re usually pretty tired by the time four o’clock rolls around. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner just to keep going. It’s not a polished environment with air conditioning or nice carpets, just concrete floors and wooden shelves piled high with goods. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just open the shutters wider and keep talking to the customers. It’s just how life goes on this side of town.
