If you're looking for us, we are right across from the Urvashi Theatre on Lalbagh Road. It’s a very busy spot, especially when a big movie is playing and the crowds are out. The traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, but it also means there's always something going on outside our door at No. 68. We've been operating from this location for quite some time now. The building is older, and the kitchen has that look of a place that’s seen a lot of hard work over the years. We don't go in for fancy uniforms or shiny new equipment. Most of our stuff is well-worn but reliable. We spend our days coordinating deliveries and making sure the food is ready on time. Timing is everything in this business, and we've learned how to manage even when the roads are blocked by some rally or event. Sometimes we sit out front on the steps when things quiet down for a few minutes. It’s a good place to watch the world go by. We have a few regular staff who have been with us since the start, and we've become like a small family. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually find out about us because they saw our vans or heard from a friend. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. Lalbagh Road is our home.
