Our place is located at No.352 and 353, on the 1st Floor of the building at 6th Cross, 29th Main in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. A good way to find us is just to look for the Total Fresh Super Bazaar, since we are right above it. It's quite convenient because you can do your grocery shopping right after you finish here. We handle both fitness and beauty, so one side of the floor might have people working out while the other side is much quieter for skin or hair treatments. It gets a bit loud when the music is playing for the gym sessions, but that’s the kind of energy you want in a place like this. We aren't one of those super intimidating gyms where everyone is a professional athlete. We are just a regular spot where people from the BTM area come to sweat a bit or get a haircut. The staff is friendly enough and we all just try to keep the equipment clean and the towels stocked up. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so most people just take the stairs up to the first floor. It’s a practical space without too many mirrors or flashy lights. We just focus on giving people a place to work on their health and look a bit better.
