We are tucked away in Ulsoor, specifically at No. 23 on the 2nd Cross in Saraswathipuram. It’s a quiet little pocket compared to the busier parts of the city. Being a caterer means our schedule is never really the same two days in a row. Some days we are up at four in the morning to start the big pots, and other days we are packing things up late into the night. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do. It’s full of large stainless steel containers and sacks of rice and lentils piled up in the corner. We don't have a front office or a reception desk. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to come into the back where the actual work is happening. It’s messy sometimes, with flour on the floor and the constant sound of knives chopping away, but that’s how you know things are actually getting done. We’ve been in Saraswathipuram for a while now, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. The neighbors don't mind the smell of frying onions too much, or at least they haven't complained yet. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the food right for the customers. We aren't looking to become a giant company with hundreds of employees. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us and keep our small team going every day.
